1. Introduction & Scope

1x app (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "1x app") is an international-standard online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of 1x app's services.

2. Account Registration & Management

• Each person may register only one account. If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information will cause account verification to fail and may result in withdrawals being blocked.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. 1x app will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with another person.
• To update your account details, please contact customer support.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 1x app, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of any 1x app service by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming and betting must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be subject to any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings to be eligible to use the platform.
• Individuals involved in professional sports (players, referees, coaches) are not permitted to place bets on their own sport.

1x app may request a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules strictly govern all betting activity on 1x app. They are in place to protect users and maintain a fair playing environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a Cash Out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1x app reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded; however, sport-specific rules will apply.
• 1x app is not liable for any bet voided due to delayed scores or connection issues during live betting.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by the sport, event, and market.

5. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

1x app supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Please keep the following payment rules in mind:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method. Withdrawing via a different method will require additional verification.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Payments will always be made in the name of the registered account holder.
• To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, 1x app may request additional information for large transactions.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

1x app offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and regular members. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be met:

• To receive the welcome bonus, it must be activated within a specified time after your first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Bonus amounts are generally eligible for withdrawal after being wagered 5x–30x.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Multiple users sharing the same device, IP address, or household may not use each other's accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 1x app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1x app and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to 1x app's systems or network.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

1x app takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Your registration details, transaction history, and usage data are all secured with SSL encryption.

• Your information is not shared with third parties; however, it may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by law.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. 1x app may also close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Misusing a bonus or promotion.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has been established, the remaining funds will be returned.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
